We are partnering with a Non-Profit in the Greater LA area of CA that is looking for a full-time Interim VP of Finance/CFO who can be hands-on in the day-to-day business. This will be a hybrid role and must be able to work onsite and live within a commutable distance of the customer. Hourly rate ranges from $120-125. Approximately 20-30 hours work per week.
You MUST have extensive government grant and Non-Profit Accounting experience.
This role will provide critical support in developing annual budgets and forecasts, conducting monthly and quarterly cash flow analyses, and monitoring budget and forecast progress. The ideal candidate will bring expertise and strategic insight to ensure efficient financial operations and support the non-profit's growth objectives, be a strategic thought partner, and report to the CEO. The successful candidate will be a hands-on and participative manager and will lead and develop an internal team of 4 to support the following areas: finance, business planning, and budgeting.
