The candidate must have a background with a concentration in international taxation and corporate and transaction work. Should preferably have substantial experience in corporate and commercial matters, including the development and implementation of new business and investment structures, partnerships and joint ventures, employment and other commercial agreements, distribution agreements, purchase, and sale transactions matters. This is a Florida-based business law firm.
