We are now looking for an IT Service Manager, Delivery & Finance to join our Digital & IT organization.

About The Position

In the role as IT Service Manager, Delivery & Finance, your main responsibilities will be to ensure the reliable and efficient delivery of IT Services based on business demand. You will be a key player in ensuring the continuity, quality and availability of IT Services for systems in globally and locally in the Americas.

The role will include managing the operational IT Service Management practices, ensuring the compliancy according to IT operational processes as well as financial management for respective responsibility area. You will also contribute to vendor management according to Digital & IT’s Vendor Governance structure.

In the role you will be working with Business Key Users, Service Owners on the business side, Service Delivery Teams (internal and external), the Fiskars Service Integration and Management (SIAM) function, IT project manager(s) and Solution Managers. This position is based in Middleton, Wisconsin, USA, or any of our other US locations, and you will report into our Senior Manager, Application Maintenance.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Operational delivery of the Service according to Service Delivery practices
  • Ensuring the support for business users according to Fiskars’ support model
  • Ensure the Fiskars IT operational process compliancy according to SIAM
  • Monitoring the quality-of-service delivery in co-operation with SIAM function and Vendor and Contract Manager(s)
  • Responsible of the asset and configuration item data quality throughout their lifecycle in co-operation with SIAM function and Domain Architects
  • Ensuring the quality of the transition and operational readiness from development to Services in co-operation with Development Team(s) and projects
  • Financial (OPEX) management of the Service, including budgeting and invoice handling
  • Operational vendor management according to vendor governance guidelines
  • Co-driving and supporting the license and contract management in co-operation with Vendor and Contract Manager(s)
  • Compliance management related to Service’s context on authorizations, security, privacy and statutory requirements (e.g. GDPR) in co-operation with Cyber Security stakeholders


Who You Are

  • To succeed in this position, you have at least 5 years of IT and business/industry work experience in a similar role, ITIL-based IT Service Management framework knowledge and practical experience, ITIL certification is an advantage.
  • You have experiences in budgeting and financial handling related to Services
  • Your problem solving skills and structured way of working together with your strong facilitation, coaching and presentations skills excel your contribution to the business.
  • You are able to adapt your interpersonal style to suit different people and situations, showing respect and sensitivity towards individual and cultural differences in multi-cultural environments
  • You to have a Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent competence and/or 5 years equivalent work experience. English will be your daily working language.
  • Knowledge of systems such as Manhattan Warehouse systems, DSI Shop Floor, Demantra and SAP ERP Central Component (ECC), Business Warehouse (BW) & Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) are desirable.
