Responsibilities
Engage with customers inside retail locations to promote products and services
Build and maintain relationships with store management and staff
Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the company
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies
Report on sales activities and outcomes to senior management
Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in marketing, business, or a related field is an asset
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
