Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute average daily and historical foreign currency reports.
Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly utilization reports, measuring the productivity of revenue-facing practices.
Preparation of selected month-end close journal entries.
Prepare and distribute month-end flash reporting for CFO
Prepare and distribute monthly corporate function income statements, including actual, budget, and prior year.
Prepare and maintain headcount schedules for monthly practice reporting.
Participate in the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages, including various key performance indicators.
Prepare annual billing rate increase analysis and supporting schedules.
Participate in the preparation of the annual budgeting tools and analysis.
Prepare ad hoc analysis reports as requested by Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and CFO.
Participate in the development of streamlined financial accounting processes, including the creation and maintenance of procedure and training manuals.
Qualifications
4-year degree in finance or accounting with a GPA of 3.0 in major
1+ years of experience in a similar position, post-degree
Proficiency in Excel (e.g., v-lookup, h-lookup, pivot tables)
