We are searching for a Key Account Marketing Executive with food manufacturing company. This role is fully REMOTE.
As the Key Account Marketing Executive , you will focus on snack category (i.e. Snack Nuts and Nut Butters) and working with Costco corporate and their regions. You will be responsible for the sales growth, brand development, and category management of Nuts, Snack Nuts and Nut Butters.
Experience collaborating with department buyers on developing the Kirkland
Signature (KS) brand and understanding the various levers to drive profitable growth.
You will have a good understanding of the orders to delivery process to each Costco DC while working collaboratively with the regional buying teams to achieve or exceed the on-shelf and warehouse floor stock weeks of supply goals.
Requires an in-depth understanding of Costco’s pricing and margin expectations.
Familiar with Costco’s promotional levers which include crafting an effective accrual program, building an intro demo and fence display program.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
5-10 years of extensive sales management experience in multiple trade channels with broker
management experience.
Private Label experience
Knowledge /experience with on nuts, nut butters, snack nuts, salty snacks or snacks
Strong financial acumen
Familiar with managing a P&L statement
Strong product development / project management skills set
Strong knowledge and experience with production process
Strong knowledge of supply chain basics
Problem solver, proficient working with excel and pivot tables
