The sales representative plays an important role in accelerating growth for a territory of KidStrong Centers. This position is ultimately responsible for meeting and exceeding goals and targets related to member growth, retention, and community engagement. In this critical position, the Sales representative will demonstrate a deep understanding and passion for the KidStrong brand and curriculum in order to meet and exceed sales goals. The Sales representative must have a laser focus on meeting and exceeding numbers and be obsessed with lead generation and follow up. Flawless maintenance of company generated leads is a must.
This is not a 9a-5p job. For the Sales representative to be successful, making calls and interacting with parents when they are available (mornings, evenings, and weekends) is required. Flexibility in availability is required.
Responsibilities
Drive membership sales through high-volume outbound phone calls on inbound leads (100+ calls and texts/day is typical effort)
The Sales representative must execute sound communication with the centers they support in order to ensure observations, trials, and new members receive a world-class experience when starting their KidStrong journey.
Self management and motivation to exceed KidStrong sales targets
Oversee the sales process and systems
Work closely with Sales manager on seamless process in scheduling observations, trials, and enrollments by managing and following up on inbound leads, and complying with KidStrong Sales recommended processes
Respond and follow through in a timely manner with all KidStrong owner requests and client/ lead requests
Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service beyond the sale to protect brand integrity
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in health, fitness, or hospitality sales is strongly preferred
Experience with the following systems is preferred but not required; ZenPlanner, Sales Messenger, HubSpot, and Google Sheets
Prior experience in outbound phone sales is strongly preferred (100+ calls/day is typical effort)
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets/quota
Strong sales mentality and comfortability with outbound sales efforts
Demonstrated urgency during promotional cycles to maximize return on ad spend
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Entrepreneurial spirit with open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence
Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
Prior CRM experience (Salesforce, etc.) is strongly preferred

The Sales representative will work closely with Sales Managers, Directors within the Region, KidStrong families and potential members.
