Contributes to the production process for CCTV activities and supports the Production Supervisor, performing delegated tasks such as the creation of show elements. Directs live shows in studio. Creates video experiences with patients and families.
Responsibilities
Assists the Production Supervisor in preparation of show elements, and the planning / airing of live shows.
Hosts 1:1 and group patient media production sessions (i.e., bedside and activity room sessions.)
Participates in team meetings as well as individual and group supervision.
Qualifications
High school degree required. Bachelors degree in Communications, Television Production, or related field preferred.
Proficient in production equipment and professional postproduction video and sound editing.
Experience working with broadcast equipment (i.e., Tricaster) preferred.
Experience working with pediatric patients preferred.
Experience working with childrens television programming preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $16 - $23.5778 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
