Job Overview As a Knowledge Management Specialist within the customer, your role is to manage and administer processes and tools that enable the organization to identify, document, preserve, transfer, analyze, synthesize, and access intellectual capital and information content. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring seamless knowledge sharing and efficient access to critical information.

S2 prohibits third-party solicitation from any recruiter or outside source regardless of the cause being represented.

Duties
- Knowledge Capture and Documentation
- Develop and implement strategies to capture, store, and share knowledge within the organization.
- Create and maintain systems and processes to ensure knowledge remains accessible to staff.
- Continuously update and improve knowledge repositories.
- Training and Communication
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees about new technologies or systems.
- Collaborate with human resources departments to enhance employee orientations and training.
- Facilitate communication among different teams to promote knowledge sharing.
- Data Analysis and Trends
- Strengthen links between knowledge sharing and information systems.
- Analyze information to improve organizational processes and decision-making.
- Collect data from surveys, interviews, and other sources to identify trends and insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting knowledge management.
- Proficiency in understanding business requirements and translating them into effective knowledge management solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
