Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a dynamic and skilled Independent Handyman to become part of our team and act as a representative of Nandail Property Management. As a valued team member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers in the field.

Designated Jobs:

• Handyman:
• Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for both residential and commercial properties
• Carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and general handyman duties
• Troubleshoot and fix minor plumbing and electrical issues
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
• Electrician: (Certified or Licensed)
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and perform necessary repairs
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations for safety and quality
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Plumbing: (Certified or Licensed)
• Conduct plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures
• Adhere to plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance and safety
• Provide cost estimates for plumbing projects and communicate effectively with clients
• HVAC Technician: (Certified or Licensed)
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Conduct routine maintenance to optimize HVAC system performance and efficiency
• Test and calibrate HVAC components to ensure proper functionality
• Respond to emergency HVAC service calls and address issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of HVAC maintenance and repairs
  
  

Job Description:

• Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVACrepairs in commercial/residential building
• Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary
• Complete general building cleaning and maintenance
• Install and replace floors, stairs, and piping as needed
• Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other parts of the building
• Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility
• Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required
• MUST HAVE transportation and tools
• Basic math skills
• Good communication ability
• Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
• Attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a handyman
• Experience with hardware tools andequipment
  
  

Requirements and Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule
• Mechanical aptitude
  
  

Contractor or journeyman license is a plus
