Title: Nurse Manager II CVICU

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: Permanent

Shift Type: 12-hour Days

Salay Range: $130,000

Job Description

  • Provide clinical oversight and leadership for nursing staff, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and standards of care.
  • Recruit, hire, and train nursing personnel, maintaining adequate staffing levels and schedules.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the CVICU, including patient flow, bed management, and resource allocation.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and other departments to coordinate patient care.
