Job Role to Post: Quality Consultant

  • Location: Remote US

The salary range for this role is $78,000 to $104,711 This is the lowest to highest pay scale we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors, including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

  • This job is also eligible for bonus pay.

Job Description

  • Cvent registration experience is required. for this role ************

Assist in the development and execution of experiential events for customers within our global B2B audience including brand activations customer entertainment events, tradeshows and executive meetings that educate our customers about our brands, deepen our relationships with them and enable the sales organization to drive business opportunity.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities –

  • Assist in the development, sourcing and implementation of all elements necessary within the event lifecycle including but not limited to production companies, audio/visual, and creative agencies.
  • Work with vendors and agencies to develop specifications for each initiative, including but not limited to selection of target audience, creative approach, offers/ incentives, and production details; present materials/recommendations to the Manager for approval; implement approved initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration using transparent timelines, effective communication, management of expectations, and budget process.
  • Ensure timely delivery of event registration launches within the internal community and invitations to customers using Cvent registration platform.
  • Support event managers with their development and execution of smaller tradeshows and events.

What We Need From You:

Education –

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Experience –

  • 5 years’ progressive experience in B2B events management.
  • Visual and verbal communication of creative designs.
  • Cvent registration experience is required.

Technical Skills & Knowledge –

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to clients, design teams, vendors, leadership, and staff.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Cvent Registration, and project management programs require
