The Managing Director - Wealth Management is responsible for leading and coaching a team of advisors, cultivating new client relationships, and enhancing existing client partnerships. This role would also serve as an ambassador in the community, participating in professional associations and organizations in creating community connections and ensuring exceptional client service standard

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBI

  • ments.Address diverse financial planning topics, including investments, estate planning, taxes, cash flow, retirement planning, and charitable g
  • iving.Manage CRM system maintenance for client portfolios, providing additional training across various technical platforms as n
  • eeded.Deliver clear financial presentations to current, new, and prospective cl
  • ients.Ensure compliance with internal policies, and external regulations and oversee tax document presentation and distribution to cl
  • ients.Achieve annual growth objectives through strategic asset growth and client acquisition by leveraging relationships with community and business leaders and managing the complexities of each relatio



nship.

QUALIF

  • ICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a similar field; post-graduate degree pr
  • eferred.JD, CFA, CPA, or CFP is not required but p
  • referredMinimum 15+ years experience in financial services, client management, and demonstrated sales success. Trust experience is strongly pr
  • eferred.Team-oriented, with unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character with high moral and ethical b
  • ehavior.Proven history of effectively generating leads, prospecting opportunities, networking for introductions and successfully closin
  • g deals.Ability to articulate a thorough understanding and strategy of holistic financial services, with the ability to coach this to other a
