Our client is seeking a dedicated Marketing Program Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale, cross-functional global strategic program from initiation to execution and ongoing adaptation.
In this role, you will oversee the development of a program to build a more agile Marketing technology ecosystem and operating model. You will deliver groundbreaking digital innovations, capabilities, and strategies within the organization and ensure scoping, resourcing, execution, and adoption are aligned and prioritized appropriately.
This is a hybrid role in which candidates must be in McLean, VA 3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Focus on accountability, clear guidelines, and strategic oversight.
Connect the dots and move initiatives forward.
Build and maintain strong interpersonal connections.
Develop, manage, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns.
Improve lead capture and nurture programs.
Monitor and report on program performance to leadership and partners.
Implement performance benchmarks and generate innovative ideas.
Ensure timely development and delivery of assets and programs.
Lead strategies across all execution channels for continuous improvement.
Work with teams to develop ideal client and customer personas.
Assist in targeting clients throughout the customer lifecycle.
Collaborate with internal partners to deliver campaigns.
Quickly build strong relationships in a dynamic organization.
Manage controls and procedures in accordance with compliance requirements.
Stay current and provide strategic guidance.
Qualifications:
Experience level: Experienced
Minimum 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree.
PMP certification is a plus.
Experience in large, highly matrixed organizations.
Background in hospitality or loyalty programs.
Familiarity with Airtable is helpful but not necessary.
Agile methodology is a plus.
CRM and Databases understanding needed.
Communication: Clear and effective.
Organization: Highly organized with attention to detail.
Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and change; agile and flexible.
