We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Marketing Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team (location removed for anonymity). This remote role will see you working closely with colleagues across North America via MS Teams to ensure seamless project execution and impactful customer experiences.
In This Key Role, You'll Be Responsible For
Championing projects from start to finish: You'll meticulously coordinate and execute marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion.
Providing day-to-day oversight: You'll wear the project management hat, keeping everything on track with administrative tasks and logistical support for dealer events.
Building strong relationships: Collaboration is key! You'll work closely with team members and stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
Becoming a communication pro: Develop clear and engaging internal and external communications to support marketing programs.
Keeping track of everything: Maintain project schedules, status reports, and documentation to ensure everyone's informed.
Mastering the details: You'll be a problem-solver, identifying and resolving project issues while keeping an eye on progress and reporting to management.
To Be a Great Fit, You'll Possess
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience coordinating or managing projects.
A knack for working effectively in cross-functional teams.
Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation & reporting) and MS Office suite (Teams, Outlook) is a must.
The "I" in interpersonal skills: Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail are key.
Time management maestro: You can juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.
