Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Processor at our Asheville, NC location. Some remote work is acceptable. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with the processing and underwriting of mortgage loans.
Qualifications
Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending experience
Expertise in Loan Processing and Underwriting
Familiarity with Loans and relevant regulations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in relevant software and systems
Experience with loan origination systems is a plus
Knowledge of current mortgage industry trends and regulations
