David Weekley Homes is seeking highly motivated, experienced sales professionals to join our Indianapolis Team. We're looking for people who realize the importance of this role and how it impacts not only the company but the experience that our customers have in their home buying experience.

Job Responsibilities
Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Prospecting, marketing and promoting new business
Follow up with prospects and home buyers throughout the sales and build process
Maintaining an effective relationship with the Realtor community
Working and communicating effectively with customers and team members
Understanding the loan process
Work Location and Schedule:
Required to work weekends, evenings and some holidays
This position will operate out of one of our new-home communities in the Indianapolis metro area. We continue to expand, but are are building primarily in the North Indianapolis areas, such as Carmel, Fishers, and Westfield.
Visits to other sites in the greater Indianapolis area will be required, such as for meetings, events, and prospecting.
Job Requirements
Previous new home sales experience preferred, or 2+ years sales experience in high-end sales
Proven closing/negotiating skills
Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to talk in pictures.
Great listening skills and creative problem-solving abilities
A proven background in prospecting
Proactive follow-up with prospective customers
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually
Strong organizational skills
Marketing strategies
A high level of enthusiasm and energy
Demonstrates Integrity
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
