Responsible for the technical performance and management of all of the services supported under Shared Services Administration Office in support of NASA'S Shared Services Center (NSSC).*
Skilled in continuous improvement methodologies; adept at change management; excellent leadership and personnel management skills; and well versed in performance measurement and tracking.*

Required Experience
Required Qualificaitons
Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
Minimum of 10 years of functional area experience to include at least 3 years of direct project management experience
Must have knowledge of processes related to records management, metrics management of service delivery, contract support logistics, oversight of general business support, survey management, and customer relationship management
U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to undergo a background investigation for a position of Public Trust
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Master's degree
Prior experience supporting NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC)
