Our client is a leading financial services firm specializing in investment management. With a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, they offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Currently, they are looking to add an Office Manager to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate

$90k – $105k plus Bonus

Position Overview

As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities Of The Office Manager

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities management, office supplies procurement, and vendor relations.
  • Coordinate administrative support services, such as mail distribution, courier services, and reception duties.
  • Oversee the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and conference room reservations.
  • Assist managing partner directly with Executive Assistant duties such as complex calendar management, travel arrangements, correspondence, and meeting material preparation.
  • Maintain office records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements as needed.
  • Collaborate with department heads to plan and execute company events, meetings, and training.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding office-related inquiries and requests.
  • Handle special projects and assignments as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications For The Office Manager

  • 4+ years of related experience.
  • Proven experience in both office managements and supporting executives is required.
  • Previous management experience is required.
  • Financial services or professional services industry experience is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
