They are looking for an experienced B2B Bulk Sales Representative to join their passionate team and contribute to their mission of delivering the highest quality bulk distillate, flower, and concentrates to California's top brands and buyers. This role requires someone who can act as a strategic partner, trusted advisor, and market shaper in the dynamic world of California cannabis. You will be the link between their exceptional products and the evolving needs of the industry.


The Role:

Relationship Builder

  • Prospect and qualify potential high-volume B2B buyers.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop customized bulk distillate, flower, and concentrate supply programs.
  • Negotiate and close deals that benefit both parties, exceeding sales targets and fostering long-term trust.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication and exceeding expectations.

Market Expert

  • Stay informed on the California cannabis market, tracking trends, analyzing competitor strategies, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Advocate for their commitment to excellence, educating brands on their product offerings and their benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across production, logistics, and customer service to ensure a seamless and positive experience for each partner.

Data Specialist

  • Maintain accurate records, track sales activities, analyze data, and generate reports to optimize performance.
  • Manage time effectively, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with precision.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience within the cannabis industry, preferably focused on bulk distillate, flower, and concentrates.
  • Well-established professional network across the California market.
  • Excellent people skills with a proven ability to build trust and forge long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and navigate challenges with focus.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and flawless transactions.
  • Positive and motivated, inspiring those around you with your can-do spirit.
  • In-depth knowledge of the California cannabis market, including market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Passionate about their values and commitment to quality.

Working Environment:

  • Must reside in the greater Southern California area.
  • Work from a home office with access to their showroom in the LA area.

Job Requirements:

  • Flexible work schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, sit, and bend for most of the work schedule.
  • Travel to other office locations as needed.
  • Ability to use a computer for 8 hours or more.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history and own transportation.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.

Physical Requirements:

  • Specific vision abilities are required, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Some lifting, squatting, bending, pushing, and pulling.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly without assistance.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, bend, lift, push, pull, talk, and hear for extended periods.
  • Ability to drive for long periods to meet with clients and customers.
