Job Description

Remote Senior Living Advisor

What You'll Do

  • Guide families through their search for senior living communities, working remotely from home
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with families, provide referrals, schedule tours, and offer support throughout the decision-making process
  • Serve as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers
  • No cold calls required

Required Skills And Experience

  • Prior phone sales and remote work experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask, including talking on the phone while taking computer notes
  • Skilled at managing a large lead base through intensive follow-up
  • No senior living industry experience required

Schedule

Full-time, 40-hour work week on an hourly, non-exempt basis. Schedules are based on business needs and may include regular evenings and end-of-month work.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Base Salary: $45,760
  • On Target Earnings: $62,582+ (Uncapped)
  • Benefits include:
