Job Description
Remote Senior Living Advisor
What You'll Do
Guide families through their search for senior living communities, working remotely from home
Make outbound calls to follow up with families, provide referrals, schedule tours, and offer support throughout the decision-making process
Serve as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers
No cold calls required

Required Skills And Experience
Prior phone sales and remote work experience preferred
Ability to multitask, including talking on the phone while taking computer notes
Skilled at managing a large lead base through intensive follow-up
No senior living industry experience required
Schedule
Full-time, 40-hour work week on an hourly, non-exempt basis. Schedules are based on business needs and may include regular evenings and end-of-month work.
Compensation And Benefits
Base Salary: $45,760
On Target Earnings: $62,582+ (Uncapped)
