Patient Services Manager

Starting at $42 per hour with additional completion bonus

40 Hours/week | ASAP - 2-3 month duration

150-bed LTC facility

Travel/mileage offered, pending location | Food service experience required, supervisory experience preferred

Weekdays, 8-5 or 7-4 pm

Food service management responsibilities // Manage all segments of food service, oversee 12 employees; clinical and food service

An idyllic southern town, Goldsboro, North Carolina has plenty of charming parks, wineries, and cultural landmarks to enjoy while in town. This is a perfect position for a dietitian who is looking for a long term assignment with the opportunity to work in a neuro-focused specialty.

Key Duties

• Establish goals and oversee implementation of patient food services based upon facility standards and patient population
• Interpret government mandated nutrition standards in the healthcare industry to develop and/or revise facility menus
• Oversee patient services staff in achieving patient satisfaction goals
• Supervise tray line operation and room service program
• Record safety and sanitation compliance, including department audits
• Attend all departmental meetings, as appropriate
• Experience with food service software
• Demonstrates accountability for the proper use of patients’ protected health information
• Ability to perform work independently with minimal training
  
  

Required Licenses/Certifications

• Current Registered Dietitian credentialed by CDR
• North Carolina state dietitian license is required prior to starting position
