salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities

Production and Operations Leadership:

• Oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficient production of high-quality plastic products to meet customer demand and company goals.
• Develop and implement production schedules, optimizing resource allocation and workflow to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Lead and motivate a team of production supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development for production personnel.
  
  

Communication And Administration

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all levels of staff, effectively conveying company goals, production expectations, and safety protocols.
• Foster a collaborative environment, facilitating open communication between production, sales, engineering, and quality control departments.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive production documentation, including schedules, reports, and performance metrics.
• Effectively manage administrative tasks, including budgets, personnel schedules, and vendor relations.
