Podcast Advertising CEO

Podcast advertising company looking for an experienced CEO to lead its next phase of profitable growth.

The ideal candidate would have experience in a C-level role at a similar business and be capable of executing in the following areas:

• Immediately enhance revenue growth by leveraging existing relationships with advertising holding companies and brands
• Ensure product offering is best-in-class and competitive in market by monitoring feature set and development roadmap
• Support and enhance the leadership team to ensure high performance and execution of objectives, including:

-Work with VP of Sales to ensure continually accelerating revenue growth across all business lines

-Work with marketing team leadership to measure effectiveness of targeted spend on various growth initiatives

-Work with product development team leadership to ensure product meets needs of customers and advertisers

-Work with human capital team to ensure colleagues performance is measured and high performers are properly rewarded

-Work with CFO to consistently monitor results, investments, and costs so as to enable high cash flow generation

• Emphasize company-wide focus to evaluate all initiatives and investments with an ROIC mindset
• Manage and deliver key company initiatives established together with the board of directors
• Provide regular, accurate, and transparent feedback to the board and shareholders on all aspects of business performance

Compensation includes both cash and stock, with a portion tied to performance achievements.
