Job Title: Post-Production Manager/Video Editor
Location: Cupertino, CA
Pay: $50 - $56 per hour
Contract: W2, 6 months with a strong likelihood of extension or conversion

Communication and education are critical components of our work, and we are seeking a Post-Production Manager/Video Editor to join us in creating content to support our work across both internal and external audiences.
Description The Post-Production Manager/Video Editor will join the ESCI Communications team to support content creation for our internal and external audiences, highlighting ESCI’s functional areas, which include labor and human rights, health and safety, education, and environmental protection in our global supply chain.
The Post-Production Manager/Video Editor will work under the direction of our Photo and Video Manager to create compelling visuals that highlight people and environment in our supply chain. The ideal candidate has extensive experience editing, coloring, and mixing both b-roll footage and short, narrative films. An ability to do light title card design and simple 2D animation is a plus, but any and all candidates should be technically proficient and organized.
This role will be responsible for ingest, edit, color, mix, and final delivery. You must be able to collaborate creatively, work well under pressure, and deliver projects on time and according to final platform requirements.
Responsibilities:
Take a highly collaborative, “all hands on deck” approach to your work.
Edit, light design, motion, color, and final mix.
May include some pre-production planning and support for international productions.
Help set and maintain standards for ESCI videos.
Key Qualifications:
5+ years experience editing videos for digital/web.
Demonstrable experience ingesting, managing, and editing footage.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro. Flame Artist a plus.
Creatively flexible and comfortable working with documentary-style footage.
Agency, production house, or post-production studio experience a must.
Excellent working knowledge of file management, editing, video color correction, and finishing/compositing.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Communication or Media Arts or Radio/TV/Film Production.
