Product UI/UX Specialist

St. Petersburg, Florida (on-site)

We are looking for a driven, structured, and open-minded Product UI/UX Specialist with a keen attention to detail to join our new team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of our existing products and platforms, a creative disposition, loves to collaborate, is excited to learn, has exceptional organizational skills and is committed to enhancing the user experience and interface design of our products across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage JIRA submissions and update/create Confluence material for effective project management.
• Facilitate and engage in Figma collaboration and provide feedback.
• Gather, arrange, and prioritize project plans for UI/UX improvements.
• Deliver comprehensive project plans outlining improvements, goals, and deadlines for product UI/UX
• Work closely with all FPMs, Marketing, and product UI/UX teams on US & CN side to ensure alignment on goals.
• Manage project expectations to ensure successful delivery and follow through of UI/UX projects.
• Propose creative and intuitive solutions for cross-platform UI/UX enhancements.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors' Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics or any related field.
• 1 to 2 years proven experience in product UI/UX design and development
• Strong familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design collaboration tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional familiarity of our platform’s functionality and capabilities
