What You'll Do: Join our dedicated team as a Program Assistant in the Transitional Housing Programs, working under the supervision of the Administrative Associate. As the first point of contact at the Bogen Transitional Housing building, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment for residents. Your responsibilities include managing the reception area, directing phone calls, greeting guests and residents, and enforcing visitation guidelines. Additionally, you will handle the distribution of monthly allowances and food stipends, maintain organized tenant files, and provide essential program support. In emergency situations, you will assist with directing response personnel, residents, and staff, ensuring the safety of all. Monday and Friday 1pm-10am, Saturday through Sunday (am, pm, as needed)

Qualifications
Requirements to Apply:
High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Good oral, written and organizational skills.
Must possess and maintain a valid California Driver’s License and a driving record acceptable to the agency’s insurance carrier.
Physical ability to perform Pro-ACT, administer first aid/CPR and operate an Agency motor vehicle.
Ability to independently use a computer and the ability to learn necessary computer programs.
Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.
