Baker College is seeking a dynamic and visionary Program Director to provide leadership and management across all facets of our Radiologic Technology program. If you're passionate about fostering learning environments, nurturing faculty talent, and empowering students to excel, this is your chance to make a significant impact!

As the Program Director, you'll lead and shape the future of our Radiologic Technology program by actively engaging in recruiting, hiring, supervising, and coaching faculty. You'll spearhead curriculum development, coordinate divisional meetings, and ensure compliance with accreditation mandates. Additionally, you'll manage class and learning environments to schedule courses and staff them with credentialed faculty. Delivering effective instruction, you'll teach classes, provide timely feedback, and utilize our Learning Management System. You'll oversee curriculum rigor and quality, design engaging learning activities, and use appropriate technology. By assessing student learning, you'll lead continuous improvement, complete assessments, and communicate results. You'll maintain professional expertise by pursuing development opportunities, staying current in your field, and encouraging faculty development. Lastly, you'll engage in scholarly activities to further enhance our program's excellence. Join us in creating a transformative educational experience for our students!

The successful candidate will believe in and support the student first philosophy while contributing to the overall success of Baker College, and acting as a positive role model and brand ambassador on and off campus. Requirements

A Master’s degree with a Registered Radiologic Technologist credential and a minimum of three years of related work experience is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree with a Registered Radiologic Technologist credential and two years of related work experience is required. Candidates must demonstrate competency in discipline-specific knowledge and performance skills. Teaching experience at the college level and three to five years of work experience in the related field is preferred. Also preferred is two years at a JRCERT accredited program. Candidates should be knowledgeable in the Learning Management System (Canvas), Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Apps, as well as virtual meeting platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
