Project Coordinator Manager

Artelye, Inc. has been supplying countertops to customers through home improvement stores, commercial projects, remodeling contractors, builder markets, and our residential showroom for over 20 years.

We have an IMMEDIATE OPENING for an experienced Project Coordinator Manager with a high level of customer service to join our Builder Group. Please apply if you have granite, or countertop industry experience!!

TYPICAL WORK ACTIVITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate department tasks and responsibilities with all builder’s accounts.
• Check builder portal daily for new orders, change orders, reschedules and service requests.
• Answer phone calls/emails and return messages hourly.
• Schedule measures and install dates in a timely manner according to the builder's contractual obligations.
• Knowledge of all contract agreements pertaining to your specific builder account.
• Communicate with all internal and external departments to ensure jobs are being properly completed.
• Ability to read drawings and measurements for data entry accuracy.
• Manage customer relationship: expectations, needs, concerns, etc., to encourage the consumption and sale of new products.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Problem-solving skills and attention to details are A MUST!
• Proven experience managing a team, we encourage teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Must have knowledge of granite and quartz.
• Must be friendly and personable.
• Skilled at interacting with Field Superintendents
• Can work fast and accurately.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and can type at least 40 wpm.
• Ability to easily navigate multiple computer screens.
• Clear English-speaking voice with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to learn new concepts, products, and ideas.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to details are A MUST!
• Moraware (scheduling software), 20/20 kitchen and bath designing, home improvements or similar is a plus.
