Responsibilities

• Ability to accurately reconcile bank accounts, prepaid insurance schedules, reserve accounts, and other specific accounts such as special assessments and insurance proceeds.
• Capability to review and analyze the General Ledger, balance sheets, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Proficiency in preparing monthly financial reports, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Bank Reconciliations, Check Register, Open AP Report, and Aging Report.
• Experience in entering and processing pending journal entries for accruals and year-end adjustments.
• Ability to assist in the preparation of annual budgets for assigned associations.
• Competence in providing necessary documentation to support external audits, reviews, or compilations conducted by CPAs.
• High level of accuracy in maintaining and reconciling financial records and supporting documentation.
