Responsibilities
Manage high-volume accounting tasks, including multiple financial reports and bank reconciliations.
Utilize your expertise in Property Accounting (apartments, community housing, mobile home) to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Apply GAAP principles to maintain compliance and accuracy in financial records.
Proficiently utilize MS Office and accounting software/databases to streamline operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in high-volume accounting with strong proficiency in financial reporting.
Prior experience in Property Accounting is essential.
Familiarity with GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
Advanced skills in MS Office and accounting software/databases.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring H-1 sponsorship or student visas.
Successful completion of standard pre-hire checks, including background, drug screen, and references.
