Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Property accountant to join our growing team. This individual will report to the VP of Accounting and a dotted line to the CFO.
The person will handle full-cycle accounting for the various assigned properties in this persons portfolio and with that, will maintain financial records, prep monthly financial packages, GL/subsidiary ledgers, perform month end reconciliations, assist in CAM reconciliations and estimates, help with year end audit.
DO YOU HAVE
3+ years of Commercial property accounting experience?
Do you have a degree in Accounting or relevant?
Have you utilized real estate accounting software such as Yardi or MRI?
