Position: Quality Assurance Intern

Compensation: $17 - 18/hourly

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the QA Team: Help verify and validate our KFC software that interfaces with both restaurant and above-store systems.
• Problem-Solve Like a Pro: Identify root causes of issues and collaborate with our Dev team to resolve them both in the field and in our QA lab.
• Test, Test, Test: Execute manual test plans for both software and hardware, ensuring everything runs as smoothly as our gravy.
• Track and Manage: Use Azure DevOps to keep tabs on test script completion, code, defects, and user stories.
• Lab Work: Build and maintain test environments and labs to keep our tech top-notch.
• Support: Provide hardware and software support to field operations and internal IT teams as needed.
• Data Detective: Perform SQL data queries to define and validate test scripts.
• Collaborate: Work with internal IT and third-party development teams to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Training: Contribute to field training documentation and help train internal support teams.
• Agile Projects: Be an integral part of our Agile project teams.
  
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• Education: Currently enrolled and working towards a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent education.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of software development experience in Microsoft Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or equivalent is desirable.
• Skills:
