$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
The Regional Director of Sales is an important leadership role that is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of K-12 public school systems, school supplies, and classroom furniture sales. They should also have excellent management and business development skills, as well as experience creating successful learning environments through furniture.
Position Overview: The Regional Director of Sales is responsible for leading a sales team in the assigned region to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience. The Regional Director of Sales will monitor sales performance, develop strategies to increase sales, and lead the team to success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a sales team in the assigned region to achieve sales goals
Develop strategies to increase sales and drive revenue
Monitor sales performance and key metrics
Provide customer service and support to customers in the region
Develop relationships with schools and other stakeholders in the region
Provide feedback and coaching to the sales team
Create successful learning environments through furniture
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, and management
Experience in K12 public school systems, school supplies, and classroom furniture sales
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
