Job Description
JOB TITLE: Regional Sales Manager
DEPARTMENT: Title One Agency
REPORTING TO: Chief Operating Officer
STATUS: Exempt
SUMMARY:
The Regional Sales Manager will generate new leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close sales deals. They will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. This person will also be an operations leader in our Columbus Market, working directly with the Chief Operating Officer, helping manage the direct personnel located in that market. Total compensation includes base salary plus commission.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overnight business travel by air and/or automobile, is nominal, but may be required.
Ability to work with confidential information and maintain its confidentiality.
Maintain a personal credit score rating of least 700.
Maintain a clear background check, including: no convictions or charges of any felony and no misdemeanor convictions for threat, fraud, or any similar crimes.
Ability to perform under pressure and be flexible with disruptions throughout the workday.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and reach out to new prospects through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their loyalty and repeat business.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
- Collaborate with the Leadership and other teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Help Lead and Manage the Operations Title Team in the Columbus Market
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand network and promote our products or services.
- Bachelor's degree, or related field work in Real Estate. Additional certification in title work or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in title examination and protection within the real estate title industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales transactions and overcome objections.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus..
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering quality results within tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Willingness to travel, if required.
