LHH is currently looking for a great Senior Sales Director for one of our amazing clients. This role is fully remote but must live in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, or Indiana.
Description:
Frequent travel to prospects and customer locations for presentations, relationship management & customer service.
Set clear development goals for both the department and its leaders based on the needs of each, communicating clearing with milestones ensure mutual understanding.
Drive business development initiatives including identification of new business opportunities and conducting industry research to develop effective sales solutions.
Manage self and direct reports in the development or relationships with influencers and decision makers, across their engineering, supply chain, planning, quality, and procurement functions
Qualifications:
7+ YEARS of AUTOMOTIVE/MANUFACTURE EXPERIENCE
Experience managing a team
5+ years of Sales experience
COMP 140-160K + Bonus
