DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue goals.
• Follow up promptly with leads to nurture and convert potential opportunities into sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and share market insights, customer feedback, and product/service suggestions.
• Create and execute sales plans to meet short- and long-term goals.
• Set clear goals, track progress, and generate monthly forecasts to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and leverage market trends to optimize sales efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A seasoned sales strategist with at least five years of experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and CRM software.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

SALARY

• $90,880 to $102, 410 Anually

WORK HOURS & BENEFITS

• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Menlo Park, CA
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

WORKING CONDITIONS

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, smartphones, photocopiers/scanners, shredders, and filing cabinets. Risk of exposure to bloodborne pathogens-limited

2. The position is stressful in terms of meeting deadlines.
3. It requires minimal lifting of office records and printouts.
4. It is primarily a desk job that essentially involves sitting, standing, stooping, and walking, as well as an inordinate amount of telephone communication
5. Travel is required; use of personal car to local, out-of-town seminars, conferences, or meetings
