ABOUT THE SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE ROLE:
As a Senior Account Executive at TEDU, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our higher education partner network. Building upon our established product line, this position presents an exciting opportunity to utilize your creativity, determination, and strategic insight to forge new partnerships and extend the influence of our groundbreaking Learning Support Software (LSS.) This role goes beyond mere sales; it's about shaping the future of education and empowering individuals to attain their academic and professional aspirations through innovative technology and strategic collaborations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Full-Cycle Deals: Manage end-to-end deal processes, from prospecting to closure, while also focusing on growth within existing customer accounts.
Implement Effective Sales Strategies: Utilize various prospecting methods, including email, phone, and social outreach, to identify and engage potential partners, ensuring consistent follow-up to nurture relationships.
Emphasize Speed and Engagement: Prioritize rapid outreach to maximize engagement with a diverse range of potential partners, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and opportunities.
Deliver Personalized Presentations: Conduct tailored discovery calls and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the unique value proposition of TEDU's offerings, addressing specific needs and pain points of prospective clients.
Optimize Sales Funnel: Continuously evaluate and refine sales strategies and processes, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance performance and conversion rates.
Develop Customer Lifecycle Strategies: Collaborate with the customer success team to develop comprehensive strategies for the entire customer lifecycle, focusing on enhancing engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
Nurture Key Customer Relationships: Serve as a primary point of contact for major clients and partners, fostering strong relationships to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
A dynamic sales professional with a passion for TEDU's mission and a disciplined approach to sales.
Proven ability to build trust and foster relationships within higher education institutions.
A proactive problem-solver with a commitment to continuous improvement and execution excellence.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a systems-oriented mindset.
Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, including in entrepreneurial environments.
Minimum of 2 years of higher education sales experience.
Proficiency in enterprise sales processes within higher education, with existing relationships in the field preferred.
Demonstrated ownership mentality, coupled with a willingness to collaborate and adapt as needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a virtual environment and utilizing virtual communication/collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Zoom, and Slack.
