The Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager joins a large, Top 100 independent insurance agency’s Chicago operations. Working on middle market and larger, complex accounts they need you to have a well-rounded coverage background but know quite a bit about the ins and outs of property and casualty programs for industrial risks and blue collar insureds.
Duties & Responsibilities
As the primary point of contact for service issues, you:
Work with multiple internal partners in sales and client management to handle the service needs that arise
Coordinate directly with the several points of contact within the account to assist with quotes on newly acquired properties, communication with lenders and explanation of limits, coverage, etc.
Skills & Experience
At least five (5) years of commercial insurance experience in a similar client service capacity
State insurance license
