Ensure accounting is performed in accordance with GAAP and oversee the monthly close for school financials including grants. Review financial statements for accuracy during each close and highlight any issues to the Assistant Controller. Areas of oversight include, but are not limited to, the following:

Bank reconciliations
Balance sheet account reconciliation
