Our client is a rapidly growing and expanding online provider in the professional education space. Due to a promotion, they are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to add to their amazing team.

PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES:
Evaluate and validate bills, statements, and invoices for processing
Prepare and process payments to vendors, employees, and contractors
Resolve all vendor discrepancies
Respond to all vendor questions and correspondence
Create reports as needed
Create and maintain accurate vendor records including W-9 and ACH information
Work on special projects as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s & Formulas).
Experience working with an ERP System.
Ability to contribute to a developing team, yet work independently and manage time effectively while remaining committed to quality and meeting deadlines
