Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client is a rapidly growing and expanding online provider in the professional education space. Due to a promotion, they are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to add to their amazing team.

PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES:

• Evaluate and validate bills, statements, and invoices for processing
• Prepare and process payments to vendors, employees, and contractors
• Resolve all vendor discrepancies
• Respond to all vendor questions and correspondence
• Create reports as needed
• Create and maintain accurate vendor records including W-9 and ACH information
• Work on special projects as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s & Formulas).
• Experience working with an ERP System.
• Ability to contribute to a developing team, yet work independently and manage time effectively while remaining committed to quality and meeting deadlines
