We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Finance Senior Associate to join our client, a utility-scale IPP. The Project Finance Senior Associate will play a key role in supporting the financial analysis, structuring, and execution of renewable energy projects.
Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis and modeling to assess the feasibility and viability of renewable energy projects, including cash flow projections, financial metrics, and risk assessments.
Assist in preparing investment memos, financial presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Support the negotiation and execution of project financing agreements, including debt, tax equity, and other financing structures.
Monitor project financial performance and provide ongoing analysis and reporting to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, or renewable energy finance.
Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel.
Knowledge of project finance structures, including debt financing, tax equity, and project finance documentation.
Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to sustainability.
