cFocus Software is seeking a Senior Business Analyst II to join our program supporting IRS in Lanham, MD. This position requires an active Public Trust clearance and must meet 8570 requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
  • Active Public Trust clearance.
  • 8570 Compliant (Security+ CE)
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis with a focus on project management and documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Hold active certifications such as CBAP & CSM.

Duties:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of executive reports and essential documentation.
  • Set up project directories in SharePoint, managing document version control, and consolidating historical documents to ensure compliance and readiness for audits.
  • Track Information Document Requests and audit activities, contributing to the organization and maintenance of program data within IRS-approved systems like SharePoint Online (SPO365).
