We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Executive with 10 to 12 years of proven success in software sales, preferably within the engineering domain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives, client relationship management, and effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA in Sales preferred.
Proven track record of 10 to 12 years of successful software sales experience, with a focus on the engineering domain.
Strong understanding of engineering processes, workflows, and software tools commonly used in the industry.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of an organization.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events .
