Senior Construction Manager- Data Centers (Relocation Available)

Are you an experienced Construction Manager working in the data center or hi-tech sectors? Do you want to work for a global data center owner operator who have a large backlog of work?

The Company

You will be joining a data center household name with a global footprint, as they expand their live and existing construction in Reno, NV. This owner operator work with key hyperscale clients across North America with a strong presence in the region.

The Position

• Lead medium & large sized projects in Nevada covering both MEP & CSA scopes.
• Oversee and lead commissioning and integration of critical MEP systems across both new construction and existing data centers.
• Oversee handover of completed data centers to operations teams.
• Co-ordinate and plan OFCI equipment installation with the General Contractor and trade partners.
• Work with key stakeholders ensuring design phases and construction are executed to plan.
• Oversight of live construction sites, ensuring safety is of paramount importance.

Could this role be for you?

• Minimum of 7 years construction experience required, with 10 or more preferable. Data Center experience highly desireable.
• BSc in Construction Management or equivalent experinece.
• Experience with all MEP systems and knowledge of how they interact with one another, along with CSA scope experience on ground-up builds (Essential).
• Proven capability to lead large construction projects, with a proven ability to lead a successful team.
• Procore experinece is preferred.
