Senior Content Marketing Manager

Fiverr is looking for a Content and Copywriting Manager to join our company, in our New York office. This pivotal role involves developing our brand's tone of voice and language, ensuring consistency across all written materials. The ideal candidate will manage a team of three people across different time zones, overseeing the execution of all brand-written assets including CRM emails, landing pages, blogs, web pages, banner ads, social posts, and more.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $130,000. Our salary is to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, locations and other job-related qualifications,

What am I going to do?:

• Develop and maintain a cohesive brand tone of voice and language.
• Manage a team of three copywriters and content creators across different time zones (Israel (UTC+2) & New York (EST)) .
• Oversee the creation and execution of all written marketing assets: CRM emails, landing pages, blogs, web pages, banner ads, social posts, etc.
• Collaborate closely with various departments including the creative team, marketplace and retention team, the growth team, brand influencers, social media, and the Fiverr Pro team to meet their content needs.
• Work in tandem with the product content team, ensuring alignment and consistency across all product content and copywriting.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure copy and content integrate seamlessly with design, creating compelling and cohesive materials.
• Conduct research and analysis to understand trends, preferences, and pain points, using insights to inform content strategy.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  
  

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Copywriter or Content Manager.
• 5+ years of experience in managing teams.
• Proven experience in writing and developing a content strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, perform qualitative research, and translate results into actionable insights.
• “In-house” experience working and successfully collaborating with multiple internal partners including product, design, content, customer success, brand, business owners, and support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
