At Primacy, you’ll be part of the Experience team helping to shape websites and user experiences for large content and interaction-rich organizations, particularly in industries such as health, education, finance, and manufacturing. • Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to delivery, ensuring a user-centric approach at every stage
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts effectively
  • Influence early strategic solutions, driven by data and research, that define experiential directions
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve the user experience
  • Translate business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into innovative design solutions
  • Help teams plan and lead brainstorms, workshops and ideation sessions for internal and client audiences
  • Whiteboard, sketch, and wireframe ideas, solutions, architecture, sitemaps, personas, journeys and users flows
  • Clearly articulate and present your design decisions in front of clients and internal teams
  • Advocate for accessible, user-centered design
  • Stay abreast of knowledge of UX methodologies, industry and relevant technology trends, and help contribute to thought leadership

What it takes to succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Communications, or related field
  • 5-7 years in UX design, preferably website, in-house or agency
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your experience and ideas as well as your design and storytelling presentation skills
  • Understanding of how design systems work as it relates to websites
  • Experience with large, enterprise websites/systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-moving environment
  • Passion for user-centered design and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices

The Perks:

  • The best co-workers you’ll ever find
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
  • Annual bonuses for all levels
  • Ongoing training opportunities
  • Planned outings and team events (remote workers included!)
