Who We Seek

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, a keen eye for design, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our web applications, ensuring they are responsive, performant, and visually appealing.

What You’ll Do - Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Playboy creator platform using Next.js, React, Typescript, and CSS/Tailwind.
• Collaborate closely with other engineers and product managers to rapidly build and deploy new features.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and adhering to company coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code across the team.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development, integrating them into our development if necessary.

What You’ll Bring - Qualifications And Skills

• BA Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in CSS, React, and Java is essential.
• 5-8+ years of experience working with React/JS, Typescript, and CSS/Tailwind is required.
• Proven experience working on a scaled consumer service platform is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
• A self-starter mentality with a "start with yes" attitude, consistently demonstrating initiative and resilience.
• Ability to work within small, high-performing teams, fast-moving teams, contributing to multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The pay range for this position at the commencement of employment is expected to be $140,000- 200,000 annually however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
