We are looking for a dedicated professional who is skilled in crafting compelling email campaigns that not only attract new users but also enhance customer engagement and retention. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our communications across various business units.
What You’ll Do - Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and upselling.
Design, test, and optimize email marketing/SMS campaigns tailored to customer segments at different stages of their lifecycle.
Utilize advanced segmentation and personalization techniques to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product, creators, analytics, and customer service) to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with broader marketing objectives.
Monitor customer behavior and lifecycle changes to continuously optimize campaign performance and customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, web, mobile).
Produce engaging marketing materials with content creators and designers.
Stay current with industry trends and apply best practices to enhance marketing efforts.
What You’ll Bring - Qualifications And Skills
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, specializing in email marketing, customer retention, or lifecycle marketing.
Proficient in email service providers, marketing automation platforms, and CRM software.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation strategies and data analysis.
Excellent skills in communication, organization, and leadership, capable of managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
Understanding of digital marketing regulations, including data privacy laws.
Preferred: Certification in marketing automation tools.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.
Able to work flexible hours based on business needs.
Must have unrestricted access to work in the U.S.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $100k-$140k annually however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
