As a senior manager, Store Development Communications, you will…
- Ensure content and creative requirements, audience, and creative direction are aligned with sponsors and key stakeholder asks – acting as liaison and lead for multiple Store Development functional areas.
- Responsible for execution and oversight of communication project deliverables and timelines; including writing content, managing SMEs, securing approvals, and managing production/project schedules.
- Use existing communication, marketing, and digital technology tools/resources when developing content to scale, while advising others in the execution of day-to-day communication and content projects around brand and content standards.
- Develop messaging and content for various channels and oversee message testing with partner groups to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Develop and refine content governance model for Store Development, by refining processes around approving and publishing content, and identifying ways in which we might leverage automation and AI to increase accuracy in this process.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Store Development, Store Operations, and Global Studios cross-functional stakeholders as a thought partner, consultant, and expert storyteller.
- Collaborate across regional and corporate stakeholders to develop and create business requirements for the development of content frameworks, templates and/or storytelling tools.
- Lead through influence and effective communications, by identifying, sharing and communicating best practices with the immediate team and to/with those you work with.
- Nimbly adapts to shifting priorities and assesses the overall health of existing projects and priorities.
- 2+ years developing and managing digital and corporate communications
- 5+ years project management, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, analytics, and communications
- 5+ years managing complex large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects
- 5+ years general business experience in large, matrixed organizations
- 6+ years of strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
- Preferred candidate will have experience creating and sharing executive level communications, managing town halls and knowledge of digital communication platforms

- Elevates Store Development Function. In addition to supporting the Global Planning & Business Integration team and focusing on our direct stakeholder needs, we are looking for a partner who has a positive attitude, a growth mindset, and commitment to elevating Store Development.
- If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
